But would you have done it for free? No. Therefore it was an egg sale, not a donation. Lawyers help people, perhaps even saving their lives, every day. Yet the benefits that result from their honorable work do not make it anything other than a commercial transaction, unless is it pro-bono. You can't wear the veil of the sanctimonious do-gooder and get the money. Sorry.
