We went to Cabo in March, not realizing how chilly it could possibly be. We lucked out overall, but there were chilly points along the way.

Portugal’s island of Porto Santo, fly thru Madeira or stop in Madeira too. Porto santo has one of the longest beaches, and it’s like eternal spring. Sunny warm days, never hot, cool nights. Perfection.

I was going to suggest Cabo but if you want to swim make sure you stay on Medano beach because a lot of Cabo is not swimmable unless you're on Medano beach. Cabo is warm that time of year but not hot, hot. Great time of year to visit!
