We get it. You only want pretty people. I love the actors they've hired for this series. It's also what made The Wire amazing. Whoever was in charge of casting for these shows is the best.

He IS fat, its not a fat suit.

Yes, I can practically smell him! Did he win any Emmys for this role?
He was 100% robbed. He is excellent.
The Pitt was just a phenom in its debut season, but that doesn't explain why GO still hasn't won for this role. I think his "tortured Joe" monologue could finally do it.

Dear lord this is exactly what the part was written as!!
He is acting is brilliantly. Let the gifted man do his thing!!
Anonymous wrote:One of the things this show gets right is a variety of women characters who are competent but also complex and flawed, with a whole spectrum of ages and looks. I think few shows achieve this so well.

I feel bad that he keeps getting bad questions from interviewers. One said "you must be glad not to have to sit in hair and makeup for this show." And he looked a little taken aback said it took a long time for hair and make-up to make him into Jackson Lamb. Then another said asked him about wearing a fat suit in the first season, and again he looked embarrassed and said " umm, that was all me."

The actor is an Australian and is quite sweet in interviews.

It's hard to believe this is the same person!
He’s adorable in that interview. Another great acting job because his Roddy Ho character is so unlikeable.

My mom and I were both agreeing about what a fantastic actor he is to make his character so off-putting deeply annoying! He’s great.
