This is a club's dream...an obedient customer who cares more about the team/players than the club does.
People who bring ethics into this are just the worst. My kids went from a small, NPL club to ECNL teams because they worked their a$$es off and achieved their goals. They are now playing well and working for the next goal. But there are still some parents from the old club that have called us traitors and post things on social media about them. And you know what the common thread is with those parents? Their kids aren't very good at soccer, and they have no chance of making an ECNL team. Sour grapes. But I bet they are keeping their resume updated and looking for a new job as we speak. Talk about ethics.
