If it were an MCPS test, it would be in parentview already. It only takes them a few weeks for tests they admin. MCAP however is a state test so not exactly MCPS' job.

Seems like scores for the MCAP are broken down roughly by standard deviations.
Getting a 4 is basically doing 2 standard deviations above the average (only ~5% of students scored 4s according to the paperwork they send with the score report.)
