Where Wake lags from being a university that attracts students from all over. It has very few students from California, New York/New England/New Jersey and especially international students. Only 90 freshmen were international students, out of 1,385, or just 6.5%.
To put it in perspective schools like BU, NEU, NYU, Emory, BC, Tufts, and UMiami draw many more students from California, and out their region, and especially internationally.
Wake Forest is rated highly geographical diverse with 78 percent of students coming from out of state and 11 percent international. https://www.collegefactual.com/colleges/wake-forest-university/student-life/diversity/
For undgraduate freshmen, 2023-204 there were 90 non-residents listed on the common data set compiled and hosted by Wake. This out of 1,385 freshmen. For purposes of the Common Data Set a non-resident is defined as "[a] person who is not a citizen or national of the United States and who is in this country on a visa or temporary basis and does not have the right to remain indefinitely."

I would take Wake's word, directly from its mouth, over some college blog site.
Wake is very much a regional school. There is nothing wrong with that.

Not particularly difficult to get into.
You likely to encounter so-so peer in these schools.
Only on DCUM are schools that reject 80 percent plus of applicants called easy to get into.
Average SAT for those admitted to Wake Class of 2026 was 1480. I expect Davidson similar but too lazy to look.
A majority of Wake’s class is admitted test optional, so the 1480 is inflated.
024
No more than any other school, despite Wake being test optional for over a decade, 48 percent of enrolled student submitted test scores in 2023, which is about the same as Vandy and considerably more than schools like USC and NE.

Just a Google away: https://www.davidson.edu/offices-and-services/religious-and-spiritual-life/jewish-life
What %?
Just over 3%
Davidson’s webpage says it’s about 5%, but we’re in the same ballpark.
