Nowhere did I shout how great they are. I said they don't need anyone to make them happen. Dematha has been known for a very long time.

It’s not really that. Dematha comes up every so often. Other than Gonzaga, most DMV schools under their local Archdiocese aren’t thought of as high most the top Independent schools. It’s the same for good counsel, O’Connell, PVI, Carroll, Ireton, and even St John’s.

The other PP was right. The demographics usually keep DeMatha safely under the DCUM radar. That’s a good thing.

30.6% White
45.5% Black

Minorities are 70% of the student population.

Wacky lefties would love to get their white kids into this school. Just look at the demographics! They could fulfill their diversity dreams sending htier kids to DeMatha.

1. Learning center is included in tuition. The staff that runs the learning center is phenomenal at working with kids of all abilities.
2. They really seem to get boys. Much of the staff have been there for 20+ years and they don't seem tired of it at all. They really seem to grow a brotherhood and not the brotherhood of obnoxious fraternity brothers.
3. Textbooks were included with tuition. Instrumental and vocal music program try to reduce the out of pocket expenses etc.
4. Strict no cell phone policy
