They watch movies, play board games, eat, share a bed, and then go to brunch the next day. Majority of our group are moms, two are not which depending on the house could be quiet or not.
Maybe it’s squeezing into a crowded bed, but I just have not enjoyed these occasions. Depending on the home, some have dogs that also crawl into the bed or lick and slobber on you while sleeping or awake. Overall, I’ve never enjoyed sleepovers as an adult but do this for them. I wish I could have more fun, they all seem to love this.

So it definitely depends on the beds. We’ve all realized no one wants to share a queen bed at this point in our lives.

Like is it someone hosting 2-3 friends at her house and then she sleeps in her own bed with her DH and the rest of you crowd into the guest bed or is her DH out of town or sleeping in the guest room while you all share the master bed. I think this is weird. I could see a situation where you occasionally have one friend over and she sleeps in the guest room or on the couch (though I don't understand why someone with kids and a DH and a house of her own would choose to do that -- I don't meant to sound sentimental but I would miss my family sleeping over at a friends house when I was that close to my own house).
But I don't get the sleepover dynamic with shared beds when you are a married adult. I know my DH would not be cool with being booted to the couch or a guest room so I could sleep in a bed with my girlfriends. It's weird.
