I feel like you're not quite there yet.

Emmett and Hazel are too old-fashioned together.
Emmett and Elliana are a total mismatch.
Emmett and Mila are also kind of "off."

I do like Amelia with Emmett. I see that you've gotten a lot of suggestions. I'm feeling old-fashioned but prettier than Hazel. Like, Lucy, Nora, Lillian, Vivian.

I love all these names, and I would add Cora. I know only one Cora and she's in her twenties.

I know multiple under 5... cora/nora/noa all seem very popular

It's pretty but also another "El" name as well as sure to incite a lot of questions about Frozen (though this could be a boon for a little girl but might then be one a liability as she ages out of Disney).
