Let me guess, you live in a home that resembles a hacienda in Tijuana?
Is that supposed to be some kind of insult? Plenty of people in the west have Spanish-style homes. They can be lovely.
Lol at people who believe their kids are sophisticated enough to be admitted to Stanford yet ignorant enough to understand that California has California-style architecture.
I don't think anyone doesn't understand that California has California-style architecture. I think it's ugly (particularly for a university).
It’s not ugly. You’re uncultured.

Did you go to Stanford? You seem awfully upset.

If Duke is your comparison 12:45 is spot on.

How grim.
The wretched architecture of the west coast combined with dour grimness and grind of an elite university.
“Wretched” lmao. Sorry that the west coast doesn’t have shitty dilapidated colonial buildings that look like depression statues in the winter.
Mission revival is really beautiful, especially in the areas with rolling hills and valleys. I still dislike the Stanford campus, but that’s more so, because it never ever ever ends and is in a suburb
The suburban aspect is really awful. It feels like a never-ending strip mall.
