People wolfing down airplane food has always grossed me out, whether in the back in my 20s or up front with my husband. I could see maybe if it’s a private jet, but eating on a filthy commercial plane surrounded by 200 or 300 slobs is disgusting.

Serious? Instagram, TikTok and travel blogs are full of people posting photos and reviews of in-flight food. It’s a way to brag you’re in first or business and they pretend the food is amazing. It’s so weird.

Maybe it's just that they are bored in a seat for a few hours, and have time to set up lighting and stuff

That ice cream in Polaris is pretty bad. You’re not missing anything, I promise you.

I buy sandwiches at the airport if I fly economy or premium economy. Food in business on United and Air Canada is middling at best but I eat it.
