I don't know of anyone with an IQ over 90 that thinks Trump or Biden are fit to serve as POTUS until 2029 unless it is people that haven't been paying attention for the past 7 years. People like you saying things like that are the reason we’re in this awful position now. Open your eyes. Trump isn’t a saint and you don’t need to love the guy but he did a decent job running the country and he can get up and down on a podium and give an unscripted speech or debate all by himself.

The problem is that Biden would need to endorse Harris since she’s his VP who he said was the best alternate President should he die or become incapacitated, and he’s not going to do that.

Psaki explained it in an interview. That’s the crux of it. She said it would cause such big problems for him to stay neutral and not endorse his own VP that they’d be trading one set of problems for another to acknowledge that they put a muppet in VP position for DEI reasons or whatever rather than competence. Plus the fact that the Dems are the ones constantly harping on about democracy being at risk and what they’re basically suggesting is a few hundred insiders picking the president rather than the millions of people who have already cast their vote.

There’s no way to spin it. They should have opened their eyes and dealt with this months ago but were too arrogant and now there’s nothing that can be done.

I think it is logistically impossible for Dems to replace Biden. If they did - they would need to worry about fundraising. Only Kamala would be able to get the war chest Biden has.

I am sure they want to, but they should have thought about that during the primaries instead of insulating the cognitive mess so nobody could primary him.
