OP here. Sometimes the government can force you to take antibiotics if it is determined to be "in the interest of public health". For instance the government can force you to take Mycocin if you have tuberculosis. Mycocin is made from bacteria found in soil. The same soil in your garden that has slugs, ants and other bugs. The government can force you to take it.

Yes. Penicillin the antibiotic, is made from the very mold that comes from spoiled food or water coming into contact with surfaces.
So, if you were disgusted by my question, or think mold is hazardous to your health, how is mold marketed as medicine different?
