This. I’m not sure why his supporters can’t wrap their brains around that. The resting officer, who has no connection to the assistant principal, Described it as a “stomp” in his report. Question for all of Andrew‘s best friends: Would you be OK with a grown man stopping on your five-year-old foot? Especially one paid to be a leader and model to other educators? Didn't think so. This man felt comfortable doing it because he didn’t think anyone was looking. But there is a video and there are other students who reported it.

It is the hallmark of abusers to have a public and a private face. If abusers were obviously terrible all the time, no one would get close enough to them to be abused. Some of the worst abusers have created terrific public personas..hell BTK was an active church member.

My child goes to Richie Park, and I’ve heard enough stories from other parents about Winter screaming at them that the only thing I’m somewhat surprised at is how public this incident was.

But he also has a group of parents who seem to love him. And he was super charming with some people.

Was stomping on the foot an accident though? Former MCPS teacher here and kids have accidentally stepped on my foot and I've accidentally stepped on theirs as well. No one ever called the police because of it...

Unbiased individuals usually don't describe accidentally stepping on someone's foot as "stomping" on it.

Perhaps it would be in everyone's interest to release the video footage.

So the Court of DCUM can render a verdict and recommend sentencing.

The news articles describe it as STOMPING not stepping. A grown man doing that to a first grader!

So you trolled this person's past posts to find out if they were who you think they are? Sounds a little mental to me. Maybe it's you who needs to go spend time with family. The evidence speaks for itself. People do not yank children down by their clothes to sit down and then stomp on their feet by accident. From my personal experience with this man, he has an extreme temper-both with children and adults-even his own family, which we heard him screaming at over the phone to one day from his office. He is unhinged. My only thoughts now are for the child he hurt. How confusing would it be to have someone who is supposed to be a trusted adult, yank you down to sit in a seat, stomp on you, and then put their arm around you to be "friends" again. The trauma and confusion that child must be feeling right now is terrible.
