Does slow fe iron work well? Are your levels up? How long did it take to work? My NOW brand iron doesn't seem to work very well...

Blood builder (iron)
MagMind (magnesium)
Nordic Naturals ultimate omega fish oil
Methyl b-12/folate
"Blood builder (iron)"
Is that working well for you? Asking because my NOW iron doesn't seem to be getting my numbers up.

Vitamin C (per my gastroenterologist)
coQ10 (since I take a statin)
I remember to take them probably 3 times a week.
"Vitamin C (per my gastroenterologist)"
Very interesting. What do they think the C helps with?
Vitamin C helps with constipation. It can also make your stomach more acidic to help digest food.

People have been fermenting foods for thousands of years. There are scientists who also believe fermented food plays a roll in human evolution. Until recently, people also ingested soil based probiotics regularly, but we aren't exposed to them anymore due to how clean our food is. It actually does make sense to at least supplement soil based probiotics.
