It’s filled with the worst kind of fakes and strivers DC has to offer.

This describes most of ward 3

NP. True, but it is especially true in some neighborhoods.

Worst people in DC but Spring Valley is much more dangerous.

What's wrong with people in AU Park and Spring Valley?

The ones in Spring Valley tend to have 3 eyes and webbed feet and insist there is no pollution.

Speaking of webbed feet, there is (no joke) someone in spring valley who walks around with a duck in one of those pet strollers. It’s the best.

That is not a duck, it’s a kid. Its a byproduct of exposure to all that’s there.

It’s impossible to park in Georgetown. I wouldn’t buy a house there.

Mean snobs who will cut you off in a pick up line with no compunction.

I love this. Whatever else I think (or more accurately, don't think much) about Spring Valley.

Not even close. You must be thinking of 7th near Kennedy Rec Center.

Also Lincoln Westmoreland II had their HAP contract expire 10 years ago, a lot of people moved out, it's called Heritage at Shaw now.

It's funny how people pick up random things from 20 years ago and don't realize they change.

But what about the mountain lions? How can you live with so many of them lurking everywhere in AU Park?

Again, Sursum Corda is gone. Paraphrasing the words of the movie mean girls, "do you even go here?"

I think they mean around the intersection of NY Ave and N Cap which is very shooty.

My vote is H St/Benning/Bladensburg.

Barry Farms is torn down. They have one of the best rec center pools.
