Have not seen this in the past? Why the change?
Phillip Gyau has traditionally had this team. He also is the head coach of Howard University, which makes him miss about half the games in the fall. Imagine the two coaches is a way of keeping someone in charge during those times instead of patchwork that has been done (not so well) in the past.
Unless the two coaches are not on the same page and fighting with each other, can't see why having more eyes and more input would be an issue
