I think he meant the Burke Site under coach Morgan.
Someone mentioned the NCAP site that “cleaned up” at NCSAs. Quick glance and this is what I see from the finals on MeetMobile:
Men’s 100 Free - 5th, Howat (NCAP-Burke); 11th, Vanas (Prep); 12th, Graham (Burke)
Men’s 200 Back - 3rd, Schmid (Burke); 6th, Bermudez (Burke)
Men’s 50 Fly - 4th, Graham (Burke)
Men’s 100 Breast - 6th, Bermudez (Burke)
Men’s 100 Back - 3rd, Schmid (Burke); 8th, Bermudez (Burke)
Men’s 200 Fly - 5th, Schmid (Burke); 13th, Graham (Burke)
Men’s 50 Breast - 13th, Arnold (West)
Men’s 200 Free - 16th, Tishler (West)
Men’s 400 Free - 24th, Tishler (West)
Men’s 100 Fly - 4th, Graham (Burke)
Men’s 200 Breast - 2nd, Arnold (West); 9th, Bermudez (Burke); 13th, Robinson (AU); 17th, Greenwood (Tyson’s)
Men’s 50 Back - 4th, Schmid (Burke); 11th, Graham (Burke); 22nd, Bacon (AU); 26th, Fulham (Burke)
Men’s 200 IM - 5th, Schmid (Burke); 6th, Bermudez (Burke); 21st, Greenwood (Tyson’s); 33rd, Zhou (Burke)
Men’s 50 Free - 3rd, Howat (Burke); 13th, Graham (Burke); 19th, Vanas (West); 28th, Tragle (Claude-Moore)
Men’s 1500 - 11th, Rohr (Claude-Moore)
West is exceptionally stronger on the Women’s side, though. NCSAs:
Women’s 100 Free - 16th, Witdoeckt (West)
Women’s 200 Back - 7th, Frick (West); 10th, Sagle (West); 18th, Cigna (West)
I don’t have to go on, because it seems clear that NCAP-West is the strongest club for the Women right now, but NCAP-Burke is the strongest club for the Men right now.
And NOVA in Richmond is giving everyone a run for their money.
All true. And the only Olympic trials qualifiers this year for all of NCap are from West. And only two or three. How the mighty have fallen
Josh Howat and Simon Bermudez from NCAP-Burke also qualified

No one cares. Just move on. They just want you money. Skip the note.
^ this- some coaches will get it, others will not.
Places like NCAP just need you to pay for the pool. They only really care about a few top, elite swimmers because it will help them get more private lessons. They really don’t care about you. Just leave.
I can only speak for NCAP-Burke Age Group coaches, but this could not be more WRONG. My son’s coach has even attended some of the girls’ theatrical and dance performances. She cares deeply for our kids, as do the other age group coaches. She is a fixture at A and B meets in the NVSL and CSL all summer, supporting the kids she coaches.
Ok.. That is one coach from 13 sites for NCAP. Glad you found one coach that cares.
And there are many other NCAP clubs in MD where they really don’t care. They just want your money.
So what if they make D1???? Most are not going to even the Olympic trials. They graduate and get jobs like the rest of us. No one knows who they were. Calm down people. It’s HS sports. Most will amount to nothing.
