These questions are all stupid. You are an adult. You have no self control for one single day. Skip the drops of milk. Get the colonoscopy done. Then,you can drink as much coffee with milk as you want.

Follow the prep directions. These are the same prep instructions with every GI doctor. It gets you ready for a clear scan. Just do it!
