They have a strong girls varsity soccer team (just won the conference) which is coached by ECNL FVU coaches and proximity wise it’s the closest. It’s tough to get in so start process now. And they like sports kids so maybe use that.

Club wise for 2010 FVU is your best option. The merger is quite messy but 2010 team is very strong best of your options. It’s a very good team so will be tough to make especially after merger but they have the top college placement track record for girls without question.

You don’t want to be driving to Bethesda 4 nights a week from arlington in rush hour

They do not have the best college placement over the last three years unless your target school is Howard.

Ooof.... things you only say when you're annon. 🙄

Georgetown, UVA, Penn, ND all the Ivies. I mean really this is all public and available to search so there is no dispute. They by far have the best record for college placement in DMV. You may not like that fact but it’s true.

If they are the only show in Fairfax doesnt that mean they are consolidating talent, that sounds like a power move to me

Correct - FVU has retained the strongest players from both Union & BRAVE.

This is your opinion

Definitely not chaos.

234 pages

All very simple: send a couple of bench players back to SYC, pick up a handful of high quality starters from Brave, select the best coach from among the 3 (or is it 4?) clubs—all based on objective, soccer-only criteria—and, voilà, you have a cohesive unit that is destined to win a “natty”.

Or you could go to Bethesda.

Yeah BSA will take anyone.

SYC is in Fairfax too and all jokes aside with them taking players from Union, but they are not a serious threat to potential FVU dominance in Fairfax are they?
