If he could combine a piece of all of them, he would have the perfect school. I think it's hard to choose one that is lacking in certain areas and also hard to let go of a school that is so great in a lot of ways.
A lot of people are telling you to relax, but I find it hard to believe that parents (especially on this board) are just sitting back, letting their child make this decision without an ounce of worry or thought on their part.

I'm having such anxiety about the rushed timing, or if he gets sick and can't visit when he plans and him not being able to decide. I can't believe it's come down ot the wire. He has travel and a senior spring break trip and then a sports thing he doesn't want to miss first weekend in April. Do these second visits and/or tours once they're admitted really help seal the deal? He visited both a year ago w just us went out briefly. The return visits are for games, meeting kids in frat, one seeing tour of business school, and I guess just more overnight w kids who are students there.
Panic is your kid has intractable pain, and you go to the MRI facility and realize that some people get bad news about MRIs.
Suspense about a choice between two great universities is part of the joy of having a thriving child.

Op here. He's only gone to each once last year as a junior with us. Wisconsin tour only and UGA tour plus out to a bar w a friend. The visits next month will be meeting other people in fraternities and going out, game, etc. I hope different as an admitted student vs touring as a junior.
Super odd he isn’t going to sit in on classes

+1
You have an anxiety problem.
You and PP have a problem being nasty. Go away if you have nothing to contribute. OP is fine.
It’s not nasty to point out something. OP’s anxiety is popping off the page and she has only responded to fight with people. She needs to take a huge breath, there’s another month before decisions are due. Let the kid go to the admitted students day and then make a decision. It’s not rocket science.
