Cannabis for anxiety is a horrible idea. Whatever short-term relief you may get will be completely undone by the horrific rebound anxiety when you quit. Blowing out your neurotransmitters is never a step toward better mental health.
And having been a medical cannabis patient for years, I disagree completely with the idea that any cannabis "therapies" are "tailored to each individual and carefully supervised". This is utter BS, IME,

Just because you haven't found a cure/solution/treatment that works for you, doesn't mean that other people don't have anxiety and SSRIs can/do work for them.
Sorry you haven't found relief, but you are not the center of the universe and your experience does not dictate whether anxiety exists for others or not.
