NVA got 2 age groups only but NVA still want to be considered for next year, they need to know what to do with Girls ECNL side.

Its a matter of time they go MLS next.

What's an ECNL coaching staff?

How is it different from NCSL or EDP coaching staff?
For Boys ECNL and MLSnext are routes for college exposure. Those coaches are put thru more rigor. Even diluted as it is those ECNL teams kill NCSL and EDP teams.

This is all rhetoric. Where are the facts, truths, data and verifiable evidence to substantiate the claim?

What advanced training, certifications, licenses do ECNL coaches have over coaches in NCSL, MSI and EDP?
ECNL btw is below MLS Next in college recruitment exposure.

Some of you love to talk about the faux superiority of ECNL over EDP for example. Do you have any idea how many players playing in MLS Next came from being developed at EDP teams?

Wait, Loudoun is a much bigger club than Bethesda in terms of number of teams per age group?
Never heard the word small used to describe BSC in any category for this region.

In some age groups Loudoun has 7 travel teams.
Even high school it has 5.

An ECNL coaching staff is the staff that coaches ECNL. Are you okay? 😂

Do you have to have a specific license or licensing level to qualify as an ECNL coach (C or above, for example?)

Apparently that question cannot be answered without exposing that "ECNL" isn't actually Elite and it's bragging about nothing of substance.

DA used to require it. but i don't think ECNL does.

Loudoun wasn't DA. They had to partner with FCV for access to DA.
