It’s been once or twice a week for years but now as empty nesters that once or twice becomes more adventurous. If the family room fireplace had cameras we’d be in real trouble. The light from a fireplace and the cracking of the wood set my libido off.

Give her plenty of oral. Even eat her ass if needed. You don’t have to cum all the time. PIV is great but some men are terrible at PIV too. But oral is pretty easy and women love it. I think they love it even more than PIV.

Changes week to week, and depends on how you define. PIV maybe once a week on average...oral either way every other day. PIA maybe once every 2 weeks. But sometimes we get in a weeks worth in a day, sometimes life gets in the way. We find time daily to just touch each other, hug, cuddle...early 40's.

1-2x per week. Early/mid 40s with tweens. We’ve been together 20 years. We’ve had years of much lower frequency, but with older kids now we are starting to be able to focus on each other again.

It just depends. When life is reasonably stress free maybe 3-5 times a month. That is if I (DH) initiate. DW never, ever initiates but seems to enjoy once we get going. When there’s work stress/travel or bad PMS/hormones, maybe twice a month.
