Oh, that’s sad. It seems she was an excellent principal. My thoughts are with her family, friends, and the school community.

I really hope Mr Bilock stays on at SSIMS. He’s great.

8 principal positions currently posted. Half close in 1 week, the other half in 2 weeks.

ES - Clearspring, Woodfield, Carderock
MS - Baker, Gaithersburg, Ridgeview
HS - Blair, Damascus

If they take ~1 month for interviews and decisions, these should start being announced in April. Right now there aren't any specific positions for Assistant principal/assistant school administrator, but as principals get announced, those should open up.

It was announced this week he will not be coming back.

Parents - schools will be run by your fellow parents as educators and school heads leave in droves. Morale low, pay low, and so on. Students who receive help at home and have resources will be fine. Other students will not. Signed lovingly a former teacher
