I bet a lot of people are a mishmash of all kinds of different views.
I'm firmly on the left, but my most right wing views are:
Crime - it's a serious issue and I want some no-nonsense law enforcement and better police staffing especially in our cities.
The "border" and immigration - I put "border" in quotes because it's really not the border but illegal overstays. We need a streamline policy to enforce immigration law, not allow visa overstays and zero tolerance on drugs and gangs, we need to do this first and then reform the asylum process, hire more immigration professionals and develop a coherent, humanitarian, but firm approach.
My most leftwing views:
Environment - we need to get serious about reducing emissions and reducing plastic particle pollution. Even if it hurts economically for a time.
I'm also somewhat socialist on basic-needs type things like healthcare and housing.

Extreme right wing: 1) we should use violent punishments for felons, such as caning. We should have more executions. DeSantis was right when he made pedophilia punishable by death in Florida. 2) we need a return to traditional values. This isn't code for "no gay people" because there should be gay marriage. But we should get back to when we loved America and God, and people felt morally accountable to their families.
The left wing wants to pay a stipend to have more babies? Who is saying that?
They want to subsidize daycare. Etc. Same thing.

Absolute abortion rights. Single issue voter on this issue.
National paid family leave and free preK which will actually address the root cause of our falling birth rates.
Very skeptical of our relationship with Israel
Right:
Women-only spaces must be allowed to exist and the experience of biological women and girls shouldn’t be supplanted by the experience of trans women, which is valid in itself but is not (and cannot be) the same.
More women in science and research needs to be a national priority as well. It’s amazing how trans can change their genders but childbirth isn’t easier than it was in the Stone Ages. Scientists are now trying to create male uteruses with fetus transplants and womb transplants . Men always come first in science..
I guess the side effect of money going to male uteruses is maybe funding agencies will actually care about childbirth now. Lord knows it’s not an interest when it only involves females and their health issues.
Seriously?
Infection related to childbirth couldn't even be treated until the 1930s when sulfa drugs came into use. Maternal mortality rate was somewhere between 1/100 and 1/200. A millennium earlier, archeological digs in one area of England found the average age of death for women was 33, with the neonatal mortality rate for mother AND child somewhere between 30% and 70%.

I actually 95% agree with Trump and the Republicans on the border (although I also believe that they're not that interested in coming up with a constructive solution, since it's a good issue to weaponize). Asylum is a complete joke and needs to be tightened to the point that 99% of the people currently claiming asylum can no longer use it as a backdoor.
My most left wing views:
Abortion should be legal up to the point of birth everywhere in the country. I am okay with having a federal law that requires a medical reason/doctor sign-off after the beginning of the third trimester, but that's the only limitation I think is reasonable. It doesn't happen on an elective basis after that point anyway. [Abortion is the reason I will never ever vote R. I'm a single issue voter on this.]
We need to cease funding, supporting, and enabling Israel as a bedrock principle of foreign policy. We definitely should call for a ceasefire and stop supplying military aid to Israel right now. I would prefer to just cut off our support entirely, but at minimum we need to authorize aid/military support separately and on a one-off basis as needed and debated in Congress each time.
Church and state should be completely, totally separated. There should be no accommodations for religion in the public/governmental sphere. I would like us to adopt the French model of separation.

The left is usually better about taking care of our soldiers. The right is generally less concerned about spending gobs of money on military contractors.
