People at Saline Beach and Gouverneur Beach are regularly nude. No one is forced to be nude or even topless, but it is regularly seen on those two beaches.

Recently went to St. Barts. A few people sans bathing suits on Saline Beach, but for the most part pretty discrete. If that’s what you enjoy, go to the left side of Saline Beach and the right side of Gouverneur Beach. Not a big deal.
We go there annually. People are pretty discrete at Saline Beach, even those who are fully nude. Gorgeous beach. Salines Garden is a small boutique hotel nearby, and Le Tamarin, one of the best restaurants on the island, is nearby as well.
