I always wondered why they were in such a large building.

With a Council of loons she would still have a hard time getting traction. Brooke should stay on the Council, we just need more like her.

If they can't find anyone to sublet, the whole development will struggle, no? Are the housing units at City Ridge even fully rented?

Frumin is so cowardly. He votes "present" on crime bill amendments. How about taking a stand to support your constituents?

So sad. Good to see Bowser equitable in her ruining the nicer parts of DC. I think the Wilson pool shut down says it all - she aims to spread her failures to all parts of the city.

Bowser counts voucher units in her totals. So she is doubling down on more voucher villages up and down Wisconsin and Connecticut. Expect more "urban vibrancy."

Sounds like the kind of developer drivel that Cleveland Park Smart Growth gets paid to write.

For a mere Trumpence.

Doesn't City Ridge have private security to patrol their garages? The owners project the image of being a high end development. No one wants to breathe weed reek, which also kind of undercuts their upscale aspirations.

Marijuana is legal now, thanks to yet another brilliant “equity policing” initiative by the progressives on out council.

Who cares about property values or quality of life ??

These criminals better watch out or Frumin is going to schedule another crime walk.

100,000 sq feet is A LOT of space. I can't imagine that they still need it. Still, I am sure that if they signed the lease in 2019, they have several years left on it.

There is actually a mechanism to issue tickets for weed smoking in DC, no that you would know. Frumin needs to push this

CPSG is volunteer run. No payment there, but nice conspiracy theory!
