The comment wasn’t that it is or isn’t, just that the majority of people think it is. That is not being transphobic. Though I realize that “transphobia” is not like “racism” - it’s pretty much lost all meaning and is thrown around at the drop of a hat.

Oh I tried to research perhaps a fine in Ancient Rome but found this gem instead:
