Trump has a way of speaking that is full of casual confidence, even when what he says is bonkers or rambling nonsense. He doesn't hesitate, or look confused, or mumble like Joe Biden. So even though both candidates are doubtless experiencing significant cognitive decline, Biden seems older than Trump. That will likely be enough to get him defeated for re-election.

The problem is we have a constitution that says he is disqualified from holding office. The voters can't vote in a 25 year old either, even if they want to.
