We can telework using our phones from our cars perfectly well. It’s a Friday anyway so besides occasionally checking messages there won’t be much to do.
We’ve already decided to leave Thursday evening regardless of what OPM decides. Schools will be closed anyway so it’s a perfect time to head out.

But most of the roads were already dry, so freezing temps don't matter. If your neighborhood is unsafe, stay home, but for me it was quite safe to drive this am

Yeah roads were bone dry for me today and they will be until Thursday since it won’t get above freezing until then. Very now although I have my doubts about Friday.

Same, I drove downtown from Bethesda and the roads were totally clear. Very few of my coworkers came in but at least I got a day away from the house / kids at home for day 5.
