In 2018, the progressives on the DC city council decriminalized fare evasion on metro.
But you will still keep voting for these same people, or other pro-crime, “social justice” progressives.
So tired of "social justice." How about some swift justice?

Pretty sure fare hoppers are not the reason why restaurants left, it was the COVID policies for 2 years and lack of business friendly cities in the DMV area.
