NP. You are probably just trolling, but steadily dropping a pound a week, coupled with improved diet and exercise, has incredible health benefits. What's wrong with that?

I eat a frozen Costco egg white thing and an apple in the morning, Greek yogurt with low-sugar granola and fruit at lunch, and some protein and greens for dinner. That's it—my total calories for the day are way down.
The only side effect I've had is insomnia, which is par for the course for me.

Overall down about 14 pounds in 6 weeks with very little side effect (like a slightly sour stomach for a few hours 1-2 times a week). These drugs are life changing and miraculous. I have gone up and down, counted every calorie that I have taken in, or worked out, for more than 10 years to the point of exhaustion. If you are on the fence with these drugs and have gone through the battle, you should give it a try. A huge weight lifted from my shoulders.
