Hard to know without knowing what your expenses and big ticket items are. Vacations are an easy thing to cut. Restaurants, take out. I would cut back to only essential home maintenance and would stop spending on updating and furnishing my home. If you have a nanny, that’s a big ticket item. I don’t watch what I spend at target, and I’d be more careful with little purchases that add up. Nice clothing would be off the table altogether. Entertain less.

In short, I would review my expenses, look for the big ticket items first and go from there. I probably wouldn’t be looking for small things like Netflix subscriptions.
