2) He probably agreed to work with her because he thinks she looks the part. We know that's how he evaluates qualifications.

Yes she's gorgeous but who cares about that when you need an excellent attorney; brains matter most there.

He is known for only wanting to have good looking people work for him. Several women who were in his admin have spoken out about how they were encouraged to up their clothes and make up game.
