You can fly direct to Amsterdam, Copenhagen or Oslo. All great cities with the weather you're seeking. Try to fly to Bergen, Norway for a few days as well. Drive inland up the fjords to Gudvangen or Flam and spend at least one night in one of those two towns. BEAUTIFUL!!!
