I love it. Back when I was at prep school, schools were pretty open about their matriculation list. Then as it got harder to get into “elite” or “good” schools, they stopped publishing a list. They’ll give a general list of the schools or be pretty vague, give the top 10 schools. This way you can actually see where kids go and by seeing their sport, race, and sometimes last name, it puts context into what info schools publish.

Oh, the kids don’t feel sorry for themselves. They think they’re the shit! It’s just sad that they have to post about it to get a feeling of self-worth. If they were truly comfortable with who they are, they wouldn’t have to share it with anyone. And we all know this is true.
