Is that a violation of parole in DC? I am not sure. Maybe you are allowed to carjack federal officials when wearing an ankle monitor - but only on Tuesdays?

He’s a teen, so he wasn’t on parole. He was either awaiting trial in another case, pending sentencing in another case, on probation or committed to DYRS. Let’s all feign shock when it likely comes out this is another kid OAG okayed being released.

I’m sorry, but unpopulated or not another state is not responsible for the problems DC has created with its ridiculous progressive criminal justice policies.
