I love Dolly but she was 100% lip syncing. At one point her mouth stopped moving but the song went on. No judgment, most performers lip sync at some point in a show.

Her décolletage is smooth and not crepey. She’s obviously having work done but it’s top-notch and doesn’t look freakish.
