I’m sick and tired of Democrat goals like DEI, trans in bathrooms, so-called reparations, handouts for people who don’t belong here, and at the top of the list, “democracy”.
This isn’t Ancient Greece. We don’t have democracy. We have a REPUBLIC. We focus way too much on getting all sorts of people voting, and not nearly enough on who should be in charge.
President Trump gets it, but admittedly so do all the main Republican candidates except Christie. But President Trump understand further that you don’t just campaign and “strive” and “work” your way to power.
No, you TAKE power. You don’t turn away the Proud Boys because they make people uncomfortable. You embrace them and their ability to make your enemies uncomfortable.
Their misbehavior and violence should be celebrated because they don’t stand by as Democrats take us over the cliff. Same with militia groups. Same with BOP shock troops. Same with Border Patrol. Same with anyone willing to save their country using any and every tool in the toolbox.
Get the power, get the guns, get the ammo, and the Left is OVER.Finally. With just one more election then we don’t have to worry about any of this nonsense any longer.
Just as abortion ain’t an issue if women close their legs, democracy dying doesn’t matter if you’re smart enough to throw in with President Trump. Project 2025 is your opportunity. You’re welcome.

Yes I agree Trump is a disaster but I just find it hard to believe all this project 2025 stuff. Maybe some nut jobs are planning it but they won’t be able to execute it.
What do you find "a bit unrealistic" about it?
It truly fascinates me that people will simply dismiss this possibility out of hand when we have ample evidence in the form of things Trump actually DID:
-deploying anonymous federal forces in DC
-directing OMB not to release transition funds
-signing the Executive Order for Schedule F
-firing Mark Esper at DOD, firing James Comey, firing Jeff Sessions
as well as things he tried to do:
-steal an election
-firing Gina Haspel at CIA
-blackmail the President of Ukraine,
-install loyalists at all levels of government
and then say things like, "this is unrealistic," or this is fear-mongering. If you truly believe that then I urge you to wake up.
I have a feeling that all the people that are sitting around thinking none of the above applies to them may end up with a very rude wake up call when they find out that they aren't as insulated as they think.
I ask that you reconsider the above with one FACT in mind. The president is the HEAD of the Executive Branch. All employees in the Executive Branch below him are INFERIOR OFFICERS. See Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution.
And before you say well this federal statute says this and XYZ US Code says that, none of those circumvent the U.S. Constitution. It is supreme to all of that.
In fact, when you talk about the CIA, DoD, or any Federal Agency for that matter, they aren't even mentioned in the Constitution. Only the Supreme Court that I know of.
It does say terms like..."To establish Post Offices"..."To coin Money"..."To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations", but those are under Congress and it doesn't mention a department or structure per se.
So the president is really THE person that rules above all for much of it. Complaints about firing people or directing OMB or whatever can all be rerouted to /dev/null.
And BTW, EVERY president installs loyalists. I mean, get real. You're way off base.

Hard to believe? Trump himself has been threatening this at his rallies for months.
+1 I know a few people who voted for Trump in 2016 thinking he wouldn't be *that* bad. Well, they were wrong. #regretfultrumpvoters.
Do not underestimate the craziness of the ultra right wing MAGA and Trump.
Trump voters want people persecuted. They’re like a bunch of Robespierres

Why do you find it unrealistic? They are literally telling you what they are going to do.
Trump already has a record of weaponizing the DOJ (see the Durham report) and staging a coup to overturn his losing election. Why would you think this is not a valid issue?
Because they blah blah a lot, they might even try (J6) but it will be easy to defeat and then he will be impeached.
I believe in checks and balances.
Despite what others are saying, his 4 years didn’t bring a disaster. Yes it was bad, but nothing catastrophic happened.
Let me make it clear: I am not saying Trump is a good candidate. I am just against greatly overestimating what he is actually able to do. Checks and balances!
Women in many states losing their right to bodily autonomy is pretty catastrophic. Not to you though, obviously.

Anonymous wrote:The coup would have been successful but for two things...
1) Dan Qualye of all people advised Pence he couldn't do what Eastman and Trump suggested and Pence somehow went along with precedent.
2) the brave men and women of the Capitol and DC MPD who were able to stave off, in hand to hand combat, the insurrectionists.
It wasn't "easily" by ANY stretch of the imagination.
I agree, Trump isn't the end of the world, just the end of the US as a human experiment in a modern democratic form of government.
