We have a couple kids in college, so feast or famine. Their bedrooms are mostly unused when they're at school. The rest of the house gets used almost every day.

Same I have an apartment the same size but I don't use every room every day I don't use the dining room.

2 kids are currently in college, so each of their rooms aren't used daily, but are used daily when they come home. Formal dining room used, but not every day (3 times a month?). The rest, yes used every day:
Main bedroom
2 home offices (one doubles as a guest room)
Kitchen
Family room
Screened in porch

We have a guest room floor, which also has the pool table room. We come in through the garage on that floor but all the rooms are to the right and we go to the left to go up the stairs. Even when we have guests, tend to give them their privacy down there for the most part. Also, we don't always use our front parlor or dining room.

we never use our formal dining room. otherwise, every room gets used daily.

We have a 3,000 ish sq foot house. Dining room gets used a couple times a week. Guest bathroom /bathroom is not used daily. The finished attic is DH's office but he doesn't use the other half (sort of second living room often). One of the upstairs bathrooms is only used by the cat or if we are bathing the dog

I dated a girl once with a house she big after two years of dating found a guest wing.

She had a six acre plot with a main 11 bedroom house and two three bedroom Guest houses.

So big I had a Jeep and I said let’s go to beach she took me down a dirt road and she had a beach!! Her house at front of plot and wooded so did not notice she was waterfront. The guest wing I was told unused for 20 years before I went in. It was supposed to be a three bedroom lower level pool house for Annette guards. She also had a 7 car garage and gazebo. I swear I could have moved in after we broke up and she never would know

1800 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, and we all hate the guest room and only go in there to get stuff out of the storage closet. I realize from this thread that I need to make the guest room more appealing so it's not wasted. We got stuck on the idea of having to have one, but maybe we should put in a Murphy bed and make it into something else that we can all enjoy.

No, we do not. We have a spare bedroom that we don't use every day. (The kids want to share a bedroom; otherwise we would actually use every room every single day.)

Pretty much. Same size house as OP but I don’t consider it small, though.

3000 sf - we use each room but not every day.

We have a large sunroom that is technically all season but I don't use it during the week (our cats do).

Bedrooms and office, yes.

Living room - yes.

Family room - teen does, yes.

Kitchen - oh god yes.

Bathrooms are all used daily but not all are showered in.

We moved this summer so we have one large rec room that is currently in progress, but I expect we'll use it.

Coming from 1600 sf our new house feels a little overwhelming. So I too laugh at the 2600 sf relatively small comment.

We don't but I have lived in a house where we did. It is nice now to be able to leave a puzzle out on a table for ages and host plenty of guests but I also loved our quirky small house.
