I’ve been getting .25 and .5 from CVS for months with no problem. I had to go to a different branch in July, but not since then (I stay on the low dose).

Where? The ones I've called in Arlington and McLean have had nothing available anywhere since summer.

Because the almond moms need to maintain their figures

No they don’t. Maybe to celebrities but not to normal people.

I’m normal. I got a ozempic prescription.

Because you're fat or because you're diabetic?

They were supposed to have mine on Monday. I put in the order last week. Still don’t have it. Monday was dosage day

I am an actual type 2 diabetic. Not some vapid 50 year old size 10 woman trying to lose 20 vanity pounds

Type 2 diabetes is a lifestyle disease.

My generations of family members who had/have it disagree.

My generations of family members are fat AF and so am I. It’s still a lifestyle disease.

You can disagree all you want but the science is the science.

The good news is that scientific research confirms that by eating healthy foods, exercising regularly and maintaining an ideal body weight, you can delay or prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes.

I’m in PG county. What you can do is walk in, and they can check the computer to see close (ish) locations that have it. You might have to drive a bit though.

You don’t seem very bright. We have the prescription. It’s that no pharmacy has the actual medication (not a compound). I’ve been taking it since April 2022. Never had a problem filling the prescription here in DC until now. The last time I took it was a month ago and was up to 2mg. I’m going to have to start back at the lowest dose.

But again, I can’t do that until I find a pharmacy that actually has the drug in stock.
