I work out with running or other cardio about 4-5 days per week, some weights, and tend to eat about 1800-2300 calories per day. I have cut back on alcohol and dairy for health in general. My weight would budge if I consistently ate about 1500 calories per day but I find that really hard to do.
So..you gained 3 lbs?

Ma’am be real with yourself. There are not that many anorexic adults running around. If you are an adult weighing 105 lbs, your genetics are working in your favor and you just don’t have to count calories.
