It's redundant. Chai is Indian tea - chai literally means tea. Just call it Tea Tea or Chai Chai - it's no different than saying Chai Tea.
In the United States, we call it chai tea. Just like naan bread.
I know not one person who says "naan bread."

This isn’t what OP wants. She’s hoping for a little treat that isn’t a massive sugar bomb. Plain tea or black coffee is not a treat.
Skim milk, no whipped cream, and a single pump of whatever flavor is enjoyable without being a 500 calorie 60g of sugar nightmare.

What is “fall” about that?
I’m assuming OP specified fall drink because they wanted something with some type of flavor.

And here in America, where we live, we call it Chai tea. Get over yourself.

This reminds me of the people that get all bent out of shape about "ATM Machine". You must have a hella easy life for this to be your thing.
There are also people, including many on DCUM, who wake up every morning hoping someone says “with au jus” or “high tea” when they mean “afternoon tea” so they can jump in and save the day. It’s pitiful, but if you read the newspaper for 10 seconds you can see there are far worse ways to spend your time.
I’ve never heard anyone refer to “naan bread” instead of “naan” though.
