I've had endless issues with both. The thermador dishwasher lasted about 2 weeks, the Thermador oven had problems upon delivery and ever since and the Sub Zero fridge shoots out water from the dispenser whenever it wants.
That said, our Sub Zero died about 3 years after delivery and they are replacing it. I have to pay $4,000 (the difference between what I initially paid and what it costs now). It will take 15 months to actually get it so right now we go to the basement for everything and have an ice machine on out countertop.
So in general Sub Zero is crap but it's better crrap than Viking and Thermador in my opinion. Customer service was very good.
Don't get a pot filler. It's just more potential plumbing issues and you still have to move it to drain it. I'd be worried I'd forget and overfill the pot.
My Miele dishwasher is great and the Sharp microwave drawer is very good (get the middle option - not the one where you wave your hand and it opens - those break more often)

If you have ever had a hand, arm or wrist injury or arthritis it’s not ick at all. It’s a lifesaver.

We want a panel-ready, integrated fridge and while I get all the virtues of Sub Zero, in the end it's just a fridge that keeps stuff cold, and I'm not sure the extra functionality is all that plus I'd like one in less than a year. I'm tempted by their induction range and d/w drawers, too for our smaller city kitchen.
