We have Jenn Air appliances - range, double oven, paneled fridge, and beverage center. Now about 5 years old and still love them all.

Don't get a pot filler. It's just more potential plumbing issues and you still have to move it to drain it. I'd be worried I'd forget and overfill the pot.
My Miele dishwasher is great and the Sharp microwave drawer is very good (get the middle option - not the one where you wave your hand and it opens - those break more often)
You seem pleasant. Why should we believe you? One anecdote doesn't create a trend.

Its just me, I guess, but I would choose reliability and energy efficiency over fancy when selecting appliances. I am not trying to impress anybody, obviously.

My GE Cafe range was just as good as my Thermador (probably better in fact).
I've never had a reliable refrigerator so I can't comment on that but Sub Zero doesn't seem to do anything a regular fridge can't do.

If you have ever had a hand, arm or wrist injury or arthritis it’s not ick at all. It’s a lifesaver.
I don’t get this bc you still have to carry the equally heavy pit of boing water. We had a pit filler and I hated it bc it got dirty, even w/ steam marks, every time I cooked anything. Plus it looks so NJ tacky, asymmetrical on what could be a nice wall.

we have the f&P 2 drawer dishwasher and it is so quiet that I have to start it when my noisy kids are gone or tell them to hush b/c I cant tell if its actually running or not. That is the only negative-its finicky about being closed properly and so sometimes doesn't start and it is so quiet- I dont notice that the cycle isn't going until later. I will say that with my family of 5, we mostly only use the top drawer, its very roomy.

Love our F&P — it’s so quiet somehow despite not having an inverter.

Our f&p fridge and 36in induction range are just a few months old, but I’m very happy (We’d seen them in some vrbo’s). The fridge has a good layout; I was worried about counter depth with 3 kids but it seems roomier than our old fridge. We even still have some unassigned spaces. I was also afraid I’d miss gas, but with Demeyere pans, the induction doesn’t miss a beat.
