I love him! But he only eviscerates the weird people who are trying to make weird dishes for views.

I tried to make that feta/tomato/pasta one-dish oven bake thing, it did not turn out well for me.

Boil your pasta. Always. It is easy.

A lot of people think it's not worth it because you don't get a whole meal out of every recipe, but making the components without using the stove is worth it to me, especially since it has the keep warm option so I don't always have to babysit the food in the kitchen.

Haha, true. There is a sort of an upscale thrift shop near my work that curates their offerings. This year they had a cookware event, and I was eager to check it out. Lots of stuff, but nothing particularly useful. You could see that those were gifts or impulse buys, like very specialized and expensive single purpose items. Not one kitchen workhorse thing like a quality pan.

The one with the feta and cherry tomatoes and olive oil is one of my staple dishes haha.

I don't have tiktok, so I'm probably missing out on the new fad dishes.
We moved on to chopped Italian subs and Big Mac tacos.

What is a big mac taco? I'm not on tic toc but will try any recipe.
You can watch this without having to make a tiktok account.
