Subject: Likely / foundation schools for very top students ? (Not in VA/MD)

+1
Also, need clarification on what "very top" means. The top 100 seniors in the country in football/basketball/math (USAMO gold) /science ( peer reviewed publications) probably have their choice of schools. For these kids, most schools are "likely."
Expanding the conversation to top 10,000 is when Duke isn't "likely" anymore.

If she doesn’t win the lottery in ED1, For ED2, apply to a top 15-25 where her stats are in the top 25% but still low admissions. Only shoot for the moon once.
For foundation Santa Clara, Pitt Honors.

+1 but be sure to demonstrate interest. They do care about that a lot. Do an interview. Also have ED2 so if the 1st choice doesn't work out in ED1 you have that option.
