I call BS. No way CVS pharmacy requires you to use their app to pick up your scripts. Anyone with critical thinking skills will know this doesn't make sense and is not not practical along with being unenforceable. Unless of course CVS is actively trying to go out of business, which is when shareholders sue the board.

Right..that's why they asked you the questions. You really want to hate on that poor pharmacist. For the record, newish pharmacist at the Glover Park CVS is fantastic. Probably won't last there.

The pharmacists work 12 hour plus days (no kidding their shift is 12 hours on the clock plus off the clock time). Often alone so no chance to use the bathroom. The 30 minute lunch designation was hugely needed but they can only be closed during that time. Sometimes they are even working behind the gate to catch up for the afternoon rush. Have a heart. It’s an incredibly tough job.

My insurance is such that I rarely pay for prescriptions (zero copay). Isn’t insurance that drives the cost?

I just picked up scripts at my local cvs and was not required to do this. I will move my scripts if they switch to this nonsense
