I'm saying it is not about the wait when flower and water vendors approach your car. It's about having people approach your car that you didn't request. It can be a safety factor.

How do you figure? Which law requires people to ask your permission before approaching your car on a public road?
The libertarian position is to let these guys do their thing. No need to follow government rules or regulations.
Those of you supporting this have found a new libertarian cause and can take a break from complaining that your girlfriend has to sit in a car seat.
