Same stats as you, OP. I buy all of my underwear at Costco and I'm always happy. I've found these brands at Costco and I liked them

- Calvin Klein hi cut
- Lucky Brand
- Felina
- 32 degrees (my favorite but haven't seen underwear from them in ages)

I also like ExOfficio but they're pricey
